Huge portions and yummy Taiwanese flavors. We topped off our bentos with drinks and the passion fruit yogurt smoothie under the fresh milk category is DELICIOUS. Like a tart frozen yogurt with a hint of passion fruit. Less sweet was perfect.

We got the chicken cutlet. Portion size was huge! We split between two people. Chicken was really juicy and crispy. The rice was flavorful and the sauces put it over the top. We will definitely be returning!

Absolutely love this place! O2 Valley serves some of the best Taiwanese lunch boxes around. The food is super tasty, portions are huge, and the prices are very reasonable. This place IS most likely going on my Top 10 list out of places to dine at in Palo Alto . I brought my daughter here to try and she loved it. We ordered R7 which was the deep fried pork bento box. We also ordered the 8 pc sesame balls (like a deep fried mochi ball stuffed with red bean) and 2 milk tea bobas with regular sweet and regular ice. The bento box R7 we ordered was delicious. The deep fried pork was super tender yet a nice bite (crunch) to it if you like texture. The seasoning was not spicy (personal preference) and was very tasty, it has a little sauce on it. Rice was nice and moist with pork bites ontop, also very tasty. It is a great side to have. Broccoli was perfectly steamed, not over cooked and not under cooked... Good job guys! The sweet and sour pork was also delicious. It had a good amount of sauce and the portion size was perfect along with a delicious hardboiled egg. The egg was flavorful, looks like the marinade it over night. The service was AMAZING!!! My daughter and I wanted to try this place out for ourselves and upon entering we were greeted by a lovely woman who was so welcoming and helpful. We aren't Asian by a long shot so having it be our first time in, she made us feel so welcomed and was so helpful as well. I saw other ethnic people enjoying 02 Valley as well. It shows that their food and service are very enjoyable that all types of people from different backgrounds dine there as well. I recommend this place to everyone who loves good food in general.

As a Taiwanese American, I'm always on the lookout for that authentic Taiwanese flavor. The first bite of their braised pork chop instantly brought me back to those sweltering summers of my childhood in Taiwan. This is hands down one of the best bentos I've had in the Bay! In addition to the 4 large pieces of pork chop, there was fluffy rice topped with minced braised pork, a savory braised egg, and 2 vegetable stir fry sides. After speaking with the owner, she told me that their store directly imports a lot of their raw ingredients, including tea, from Taiwan to maintain the authenticity. Thank you, and I'll definitely be back!

A true gem in downtown Palo Alto. Super tasty with big portions and astonishing varieties. The prices of bento boxes are very reasonable for such big portion of main dish together with three sides. They even offer points to redeem drinks. Very satisfying experience. Will definitely come back again and again.

O2 Valley is a solid place to get food in Palo Alto. Among many expensive food places in the neighborhood, O2 Valley price point is quite reasonable given the big food portion. The staff is very attentive. The shop is very good at fried stuff like chicken and fish. I think the flavor of the food can still be improved (compared to Tsilin in San Mateo). Yet it passes the bar that I would come back again.

Great food with a couple of great vegetarian options. Definitely one of my preferred bento places. I love the three cup tofu bento and particularly the mushrooms on the side! Note that the food at O2 Valley Palo Alto tends to run a little less spicy than Cupertino so plan accordingly when moving between the two. I’ve also tried what tasted like a jasmine tea with salted cheese which was delicious too! Online orders can take a while at lunch hour so make sure to order ahead and always check in on your order: with the mad rush, orders do sometimes fall off their radar.
